Alinity Divine

Alinity appeared in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch participant who is from California submitted a civil complaint demanding damages in the amount of $25 million from Twitch due to their exposure to "overly sexually suggestive content that came from female streamers" during their use of the site. Based on court papers that were obtained by Dexerto the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, presented the formal complaint to the court on June 15 seeking a suit, and Twitch itself was issued an official summons in June 19. Estavillo is a man who according to his complaint in Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders such as addiction to sexual substances and health issues that force him to rely solely upon the internet to keep himself entertained. The complaint further claims that Twitch is a major cause of these issues. They also listed a few female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue the exposure of viewers to sexy and addictive material on a frequent and consistent schedule." Except for Alinity among them those who have requested relief. the complaint wants all the streamers listed above permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS along with $25 million dollars "to be split equally between the complainant and all other Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers" with any leftover going to different charities.
